At Phoenix Youth Empowerment CIC, we offer impactful services designed to support and uplift young people aged 11–18.
Outreach (Mentoring)
1-1 mentoring support tailored to each young person’s needs. Sessions focus on improving behaviour, school attendance, confidence, and goal setting to help them stay on track and succeed in life.
Youth Intervention Services
These sessions address serious issues like knife crime, county lines, and emotional challenges. We offer 1:1 or group support to help young people stay safe, reintegrate, and make better decisions.
Workshops
Business Workshop
Youth explore entrepreneurship by learning how to budget, brand, and launch their own small business. This workshop encourages creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork through real-world projects.
Bicycle Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, youth learn how to repair and maintain bicycles. They gain practical mechanical skills while also building confidence, patience, and a sense of responsibility.
