Who We Are
Phoenix Youth Empowerment CIC is a community-driven organization that supports young people aged 11–18 across Bedfordshire. We work with those at risk of school exclusion, exploitation, or disengagement from education and society.Our mission is to empower youth through targeted 1:1 mentoring, early intervention services, and enterprise programs that inspire growth, build confidence, and open doors to new opportunities. Founded by Najaf Shah and Ryan Mason-Hope, our team is passionate, trauma-informed, and committed to positive change.
